No matter how many sit-ups, planks, or leg raises we do we can not avoid the importance of a healthy diet along our journey towards a flatter belly. Cutting out processed foods and eating more lean protein and vegetables will fuel your body with out the bloat. Also, learn to listen to your body after you eat. Do you feel sluggish or bloated?
